Baby-Monitors Terms and Conditions

All products are subject to availability and we may withdraw products at any time.

We reserve the right to change prices from time to time, but the price quoted when you place your order is the price you will be charged.

Please note that no amendments can be made either to the goods ordered or customer details once an order has been placed. Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to cancel that order.

Stock availability will be checked once we receive your order; if for any reason an item is not in stock when your order is placed, we will inform you prior to processing your order, or refund your purchase for those items which are not in stock.

UK import duty & VAT is included in the price of the product.

We will agree to price-matching our products on receipt of a copy document showing the price offered by another Company for an identical product to one we offer on our site.

The contract between us:
When you place an order to purchase items using our Website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. By ordering you are providing details which are true, accurate, current and complete and that the credit or debit card details are correct and are your own.
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order (“Order Confirmation E-mail”); this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is formed. We will arrange for the carriage free of charge to the customer but this does not form part of the contract and Baby-Monitors Ltd cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or other issues caused by the carrier.

Postage and Packaging
Subject to stock availability we aim to deliver to most UK addresses within 2-4 days. Postage will be FREE but only within mainland UK.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be charged a supplement.
Baby-Monitors Ltd will not deliver to Countries outside of the UK.
We will not take responsibility for items you have requested to be left with a neighbour or left unsigned for by your house.
We are able to arrange for your delivery to be left with a local shop for Collection directly by you. If you would find this Service beneficial to you then please note your request clearly in the Notes section when booking.

Returns
Cancellation: In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order – either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. The goods must be returned in original packaging and unused with the seal unbroken. We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to replacement or refund. There will be a re-stocking fee of £20 per item returned. Should the item have been used then we will not be able to give a refund.

Faulty Goods: If your goods become faulty within ten days after delivery, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund. However, we will first require that you return the faulty item to us in its original packing by recorded delivery or courier.  Unless the fault is due to misuse, unauthorized repair or accidental damage, we will arrange to have it repaired, if this is not possible we will provide a replacement and if that is not possible, we will give a full refund. Faulty items returned which, after testing, prove not to be faulty will not be replaced.

Items Returned To Us Not Purchased directly From Baby-Monitors Ltd
If an item is returned to us that has not been purchased from Baby-Monitors Ltd, but has instead been purchased from another retailer, no refund or exchange of the item can be made. Baby-Monitors Ltd reserves the right to charge a £20 administration fee for processing an incorrectly returned item, as well as the postage fee for returning the item to the sender. Baby-Monitors Ltd will contact the sender (if details have been provided) to make them aware of the incorrectly returned item. This situation can be avoided by checking where the item was purchased. If you are unsure of where you purchased the item, please contact our Customer Care Team on 01843 228778 and we will be able to check our system to ascertain whether or not the order was placed with Baby-Monitors Ltd

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at https://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Losses
We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the point we send the Despatch Confirmation E-mail to you). We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.
Our liability to you under these On-Line Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. .

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as do we.
